Best Western Plus Best WesternI Airport Hotel - Arundel Mills

If this hotel has no fans I am dead. The shuttles are great. The staff is great. The parking is great. The restaurant across the street is great. It’s very clean with a wonderful breakfast presentation. Overall if I’m in the Baltimore area, this is where I’d stay even if I didn’t need to be near the airport.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. The room was satisfactory, as was the breakfast. It got a little crowded at breakfast at times. The only real drawback is the freezing swimming pool! We asked multiple times for the heat to be turned up, not sure that it was.

The bed was comfortable, microwave and refrigerator always makes me happy. Friendly and professional staff especially Two Wet (please forgive me for misspelling her name) and Fast Check-in. I definitely will be back and will recommend this Best Western!

Really great location, attentive staff, clean room! One improvement I would like to see is the temperature of the pool regulated better, water was far too cold! Big thanks and Kudos to Dawn, she checked us in/out scheduled shuttles, and made sure the bagels & orange juice was always ready!

Was a nice place to stay. The pillows seriously need replacing felt like sleeping on a pillowcase full of rags. That's the only complaint I had. We did have shuttle service to the Royal Dockyard and kept our car while on the cruise. Was a great help.

We stay here quite frequently but this week we checked in last Thursday for a Friday flight. No issues except no body wash, minor. However we were never told they no longer provide a 24 hour shuttle and yesterday when we arrived in Denver and due to delays were going to arrive no longer at 10:30 pm but now 1 am, we were then told about the service being discontinued. Also, when we did finally arrive at the hotel around 1:30 am, only to find 4 individuals outside the front door, drunk, smoking pot. Two were actually sitting on the sidewalk and two on the bench to the right of the front door. Not acceptable. I did mention it to the front desk person last night, nothing. Then I mentioned it to the manager this morning at breakfast. He seemed to know who it was. I get it if the hotel is providing housing maybe for those less fortunate but not at the front door and not drinking and high. Nice welcoming committee. Signed Repeat Customer

Pros: Very nice staff. Rooms were clean. They had a pool and served breakfast. There was a casino about a mile away! Cons: The pool was literally freezing. The kids wouldn't get in. That should tell you how cold it was. They would swim in anything but that. Lol The orange juice with breakfast taste like it was watered down. It was OJ flavored water without much OJ. I will go back. Those two cons wouldn't keep me away. The staff made up for them.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The price was excellent, especially at $66 per night through PRICELINE.com, making it a great value for the area. However, there was one aspect that made me uncomfortable: I encountered the owner and general manager knocking on guest room doors to check windows, but they weren't wearing any visible identification or name tags to confirm their roles. This left me feeling uneasy, and I believe a quick call or heads up to guests before knocking would have been appreciated to ensure transparency and comfort. Another point to note is the pool temperature it was quite cold, and I was disappointed to learn that the pump wasn’t functioning. I wish the staff had mentioned this when I inquired about the pool before booking, as it would have been helpful to know. That said, my children still had a great time, even though the water wasn’t as warm as we had hoped!
